HOw does it work

The approach we decide on together may differ from the standard track, depending on your case and priorities. 

Typically the “Make your Work Flow”-track looks as follows:

  • The first 4 weeks, we will spend on solution design
    and planning. 
  • As of week 5, I will coach your project manager and
    teams through the implementation phase.
  • In week 8, There will be a mid-term evaluation
  • In week 12 we evaluate the project. result and I help
    you decide on any next steps. 


I will be there, for you and with you throughout this change. I repeat, your success is truly a priority for me.
